Excellent Skinner
I own several skinning knives, but for years have almost always used the Buck 113 for skinning Whitetails. While I still consider that an excellent skinner (and even a decent general use knife), the M1 Skinner is definitely a major upgrade. I already own the M1, and the M1 Skinner was my 2nd purchase from White River. The G10 handle is comfortable. The jimping is generous…not too much but more pronounced than I’ve encountered with other knives. If you own an M1, the Skinner model has all the same grip comfort and control, but with the pronounced belly of a skinner. The kydex sheath is top notch. FYI: I paid extra to have the knife engraved. Their engraving service is genuinely impressive.

Beautiful knife, can't wait to try it this hunting season Definitely will be buying another White River knife, just not sure which one yet
