The White River Hunter is made from precision ground, heat treated and cryogenically tempered CPM S35VN or CPM MAGNACUT steel. The razor sharp edge is leather honed and extremely sharp out of the box. Made to easily process animals of any size as well as other tasks encountered on the hunt. The ergonomic Micarta handle and recessed finger choil make for a sure and secure grip. Like all White River Knives, it is 100% Made in the USA and Guaranteed For Life. Includes a multi position Kydex sheath.

White River Hunter
Great knife for the money. The hunter was the third White River I've purchased (M1, and Small game being the others) and so far I've yet to be dissapointed on Fit, Finish or Build quality. Knives feel well balanced and fit nicely in hand. Won't be my last knife purchased. My only wish was the options of Handle material. I prefer a G10 handle in Orange as I have lost a knife or two in my pack and gut pile because of dark handles. Even if knife handle options were sold as accessories, I'd purchase one. The knives are all in use. Edge retention is good, and quality leads me to believe my kids will also be using these knives.

Recently received my order from White River and am very happy with the quality, appearance and feel of the knife! Arrived in a nice wooden box and is extremely sharp. Hoping to put it to good use this hunting season. Again, great quality and even better that it’s made is the USA!

Great knife
This knife came extremely sharp out of the box. I have handle this brand of knives at my last place of employment and sold my fair share of them. It’s hard to beat this knife. I’ll hopefully try it out on game this fall.

Cleaned three whitetails this past season with no drop in performance. Good ergonomics and a great feel in the hand even when pushing the knife with the blade up. The black burlap looks really good wet.
