Camp Cleaver
I bought this knife for my wife, she's a chef. We were both absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship of the knife as well as the sheath. One of the things that surprised us both was how razor sharp the knife was out of the box. I shaved the hair off my arm with it just to see if it would. We thumbed through the catalog that came with our knives looking at others we wanted, so safe to say we will be purchasing more. One of the most well made knives we have seen.
